The PGI rebrand, explained
PGI announced the new logo through PR Newswire on Oct 13, 2026, and posted the release on its own site. The company, founded in 1996, says the identity reflects its evolution from its roots in filtration into a diversified automotive products and solutions company. It planned to show the new look at AAPEX 2026 in Las Vegas.
According to the release, the redesign keeps PGI's signature blue color palette but introduces "clean, bold, and angular forms that create a strong sense of motion and direction." The old mark set PGi in heavy upright letters with a blue gradient, with Premium Guard Inc. in small type beside it. The new one leans forward, with Premium Guard Inc. set wide underneath.
"PGI today is a very different company from where we were even 10 years ago, let alone when we started 30 years ago," said Anan Bishara, PGI's founder and chief executive. He added that the new identity "is clean, dynamic, and forward-looking because that is how we see PGI."
The rollout covers PGI's digital platforms, facilities, corporate communications, sales materials, packaging and trade show presence, starting later in 2026. PGI has not said who designed the logo.
In short: PGI traded a blocky gradient PGi for an angular, forward-leaning one in navy and light blue.
