The Foren rebrand, explained
Foren lets individuals and businesses send, receive, hold and swap money across supported currencies, with offices in London, Toronto and Lagos. The company says it is the same company, team and regulatory licenses, with a new name, visual identity and service experience. The FAQ names no design studio.
The name change follows the company's acquisition by Zedcrest Group, which Foren calls "the next chapter in our journey". Accounts move over automatically, and the app icon, name and visual branding all change to Foren.
Side by side, the old logo set leatherback in a lowercase serif in bright blue, with a small ring at the top right. The new logo sets Foren in heavy, compact near-black capitals with a round full stop.
In short: Leatherback became Foren in October 2026, swapping its blue serif wordmark for heavy black capitals.
