The Lisse rebrand, explained
Lisse announced the change in a release on its new corporate site. The company says it is growing from software that speeds up single tasks such as contract review into an AI platform that supports legal work as a whole. With the new logo and brand color it adopted the corporate slogan 「すべての企業に、やさしい法務を。」 and brought its products together under the name Lisse法務AI. The release does not name a design studio.
According to the release, the new symbol takes its motif from the personal seal used to stamp important decisions: a rounded "Lisse Circle" with an L at the center, meant to show both strength in backing decisions and a softer, supportive side. The wordmark mixes upper and lower case at matching letter heights, and a warm "Lisse Yellow" becomes the corporate color.
Side by side, the old logo paired a purple triangle of thin lines and round nodes with a heavy purple Lisse wordmark. The new logo sets a white script L inside a rounded yellow shape, next to a narrower black wordmark whose capital S letters stand at the height of the lowercase letters.
In short: Lisse swapped its purple node triangle for a yellow seal with a script L and a new black wordmark in October 2026.
