The Eagle Industry rebrand, explained

Eagle Industry announced the change in a news post on its website dated Oct 1, 2026. The post ties the new logo to a new start through management integration. The same day, the company moved to a holding company structure, and its investor information is now published by NOK Group.

According to the post, the logo was designed by Kashiwa Sato, the creative director who developed the NOK group corporate identity in April 2024. The aim is to strengthen the design consistency of the group as a whole, and the logo carries the resolve to make the most of group synergies and grow further in global markets.

Side by side, the old logo stacked the letters EKK in a dark blue upper half and a cyan lower half, with rounded, slanted cuts. The new one is a single navy block of straight bars, and each K is drawn as a pair of chevrons pointing left.

In short: Eagle Industry swapped its two-blue stacked EKK for a navy EKK of blocks and chevrons by Kashiwa Sato.
