## The rebrand, explained

In the announcement, co-founder and CEO Parvez Akther wrote that the old logo began as a stock icon: "We picked a stock icon, changed it a little, and that became our logo." He added that it stayed far longer than planned, more than five years.

The new mark starts from the @ of email, since ThriveDesk began as a helpdesk, and adds the chat bubble of its newer focus. "The @ sits inside a chat bubble, and its inner loop runs out to become the bubble’s tail, so the whole thing reads as one continuous line instead of two icons placed side by side."

The brand color is Solar Flare, a bright orange, and the typeface is Instrument Sans. Neo, the mascot, uses the same bubble and @ loop and is also the name of the company's AI agent. The post names no design studio.

The old logo paired a solid blue D-shaped symbol with a mixed-case wordmark in dark slate. The new logo is an orange outline of the bubble and @ next to a near-black wordmark in capitals.
