## The rebrand, explained

According to the company's post, the Maltese license lets it broaden its market access across Europe. The post says the transition to the new name is complete.

CEO David Rintel said: "Rebranding to finby marks an evolution for our company." He added that the new identity reflects "the clarity, adaptability, and ambition that define the next phase of our growth." The post names no design studio.

The old logo was the name TrustPay in heavy italic letters, with Trust in bright blue and Pay in black. The new logo pairs a symbol drawn as one rounded, looping line with the name finby in rounded lowercase letters. On the company's site the new logo is white.

In short: In 2025 TrustPay became finby and swapped its blue and black italic wordmark for a looping line symbol and a lowercase wordmark.
