## The rebrand, explained

Encore AI builds AI agents for customer interactions, mostly for financial services companies. Founder and CEO Dr. Dvir Ginzburg started the company in 2022. In the release he says: "Today's enterprise AI industry is optimized for cost reduction. Encore was built for the other side of the equation."

The release says the company's patented Interaction Mining technology studies an organization's top performers and deploys their behaviors as AI agents. Hadar Siterman Norris, Partner at Team8, said: "Every enterprise is sitting on years of customer interaction data that it is not fully using."

The old Insait logo was a navy lightbulb with a teal rising arrow, next to the name Insait in navy capitals with a teal A and I. The new logo on the company's site is the name Encore in dark gray capitals and a leaping horse, each on its own cream plate with pointed ends.

In short: In 2026 Insait IO became Encore AI and swapped its lightbulb logo for an Encore wordmark and a leaping horse.
